Privacy

This page explains what personal information Fliplist collects, why, and what you can do about it. Fliplist is operated by Michael Dolzhykov, Broker, Century 21 Heritage Group Ltd., Brokerage, who is responsible for your information.

What we collect

When you register: your name, email address and phone number, how you signed in (Google or email), when you accepted the Terms of Use, and whether you asked for listing emails. When you use the member area: the searches you save, the homes on your watchlist, messages you send to Michael and your email-alert settings; and a record of the searches you ran (the filters, not your name) and the listings you opened, kept for 90 days, as the real estate board requires. We store a scrambled version of your internet address with that record, not the address itself.

Why

The real estate board requires every member to register with a name, email and phone number before listing information can be shown. Michael uses your details to help you with your property search and, if you asked for them, to send you listings that match it.

Who sees it

Michael Dolzhykov, and the service providers who operate this site on his behalf. Your information is stored securely with Google Cloud and Firebase. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else, except where the law or the real estate board requires it.

Your choices

You can turn off listing emails at any time. You can delete your account from Account in the member area; this removes your profile, saved searches, watchlist, messages and sign-in straight away. Every alert email has a link to stop them. The 90-day activity record contains no name, email or phone number and is deleted automatically.
