Fliplist (thefliplist.ca) is a Virtual Office Website operated by Michael Dolzhykov, Broker, Century 21 Heritage Group Ltd., Brokerage. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use the member area

Listing information is only available to registered members who have a genuine interest in buying, selling or leasing real estate. When you register, you become a customer of Michael Dolzhykov, Broker, Century 21 Heritage Group Ltd., Brokerage, and you confirm you have received the RECO Information Guide.

2. How you may use listing information

The information provided herein must only be used by consumers that have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate and may not be used for any commercial purpose or any other purpose.

You may view listings for your own personal use. You may not copy, download in bulk, resell, publish, or share listing information with anyone else, and you may not use any robot, scraper, or other automated tool (including any artificial intelligence tool) to access, copy or collect it.

3. Accuracy

Listing information displayed on this site is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by PropTx. This website does not provide full access to the MLS® System. Listing data is refreshed at least once every 24 hours. Profit and cost figures shown in the member area are simple estimates based on your own settings; they are not an appraisal or financial advice.

4. Your account

Keep your password private and do not share your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or show signs of automated access. You can delete your account at any time from Account in the member area.

5. Ownership

Listing information is owned by the listing brokerages, PropTx Innovations Inc. and the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board. MLS®, Multiple Listing Service® and the associated logos are owned by The Canadian Real Estate Association.

6. Changes

If these terms change, you will be asked to accept the new version the next time you log in.
